Our retailers carry a fair amount of our products, but they may not
carry what you are looking for. If that’s the case, please ask them if
they can get it for you.
As we grow we will be adding other retail locations. If you know of a
deserving retailer in your area please let them know about our products
and ask them to contact us. We will add locations, in the order they
come to us, as we feel we can adequately service them.
Grandma Ferdon’s® is a certified 100% Gluten Free food

like many others. Gluten Free is all we do and we do it better than
most. We are extremely proud to announce that we have been awarded our Gluten Free certification from the Celiac Sprue

Shipping Information
To the following states: WI, MN, ND, SD, NE*, IA, and IL** we can ship up to 25# of product for only $15.95. When shipping perishable product we need to know just how long it will take for it to get there. The reason we have the schedule set as we do is because no product should be in transit to you for more than 2 days. We ship all of our perishables in insulated containers with frozen gel packs to assure their safety in transit. All other products that do not need to stay frozen, bakery goods and dry goods for example, will be boxed as normal. We reserve the right to ship product in a manner we feel is most conducive to that product and to the safety of our customers. With the price of fuel today, $15.95 is not much considering you can receive up to 25# of product in a timely manner delivered to the location you choose.
* Only to these specified Zip Codes in Nebraska: Zip codes starting with: 680, 681, 683, 685, 686 & 687.
** Only to these specified Zip Codes in Illinois: Zip codes starting with: 600, 601, 602, 603, 604, 605, 607, 608, 609, 610, 611, 612, 613, 614, 615, 616, 617, 618, 619, 623, 625 & 627
Hints for shipping:
Do not have your product shipped to a location where someone may not
retrieve it when it is delivered. Have it delivered to your work or to a
neighbor or relative that will be home so the frozen product can be put
into a freezer. Even though we use all possible precautions to assure
the safety of our products, no one can expect, even an insulated
container, to stay frozen on a door step in 80 degree weather all day.
Remember to shop our website for new product information and product
updates. Keep our products on hand for those times convenience is a
must. Fast, convenient, great tasting & certified 100% guaranteed Gluten Free.
Just what the doctor should have ordered.
Product Hints & Ideas
1. PLEASE remember our products are fully cooked and frozen
unless specified
with cooking instruction. DO NOT cook product that has already
been cooked.
When warming the fully cooked products, please warm them gently so as
not to
dry them out.
2. If you purchase our Frozen Buttermilk Bread Dough, be sure the frozen
dough,
right down to the center, is brought to room temperature before you bake
it. The
dough may rise a bit in your pan as it warms to room temperature, but
that is not a
problem.
3. When baking either our pre-made Pizzas or you’ve built your own pizza
from
our ready made crusts, please start the pizza for the first two thirds
of the baking
process on a bottom rack. This will give the crust time to crisp before
the toppings
get browned. At the last third bring them up to the top to brown the
toppings.
4. Keep our mixes on hand for those times you want to do it yourself.
Talk about
handy!
We would like to thank each and every one of you for your support over
these first four years and we guarantee to continue to give you the best certified 100% Gluten Free Food on the market today. We will also bring to you
new product announcements and ideas as well as information as often as
we can. Simply sign up as a subscriber when you create your web account.

To Whom It May Concern:
Let it be known that Grandma Ferdon's, LTD. has met the requirements for CSA's Recognition Seal Program, the first program in the United States to recognize companies that meet the strickest criteria of "No WBRO (wheat, barley, rye, or oats) in Product, Process and Packaging".
The CSA Recognition Seal Program is designed exclusively for premiere producers in the country for those products appropriate for a medically prescribed celiac diet. This company has provided CSA with a copy of their specific procedures and policies necessary to produce a product free of WBRO. CSA periodically conducts on-site inspection and engages the University of Nebraska for product testing by ELISA Method, sensitive to 3 ppm (parts per million) to assure continuity in No WBRO quality.
CSA commends Grandma Ferdon's, LTD. for all the efforts that have been made to provide a product free of WBRO for the nearly three million Americans who are celiac.
The CSA Recognition Seal is the visual assurance at the market place to consumers who follow a diet free of WBRO and now YOUR customers can choose them with confidence.
